The most used techniques for folding are: the C-Fold, the 7-Fold and the Punch-Down Fold, perfect for the beginners.

Lie down, sit, squat or simply stand up, you’ll find the position that work best for you!

The menstrual cup should be placed lower in the vaginal canal and to make insertion easier you can use water or water based lubricant.
