Simply empty your
cup, rinse under clean running water, reinsert and go! In a public toilet, use
a bottle of water to rinse your cup over the toilet. Or wipe clean with dry or
damp toilet paper, then reinsert.

Not completely in love with your Ruby Cup? No stress. Our Money Back Guarantee is valid within 120 days from your original purchase, so you can return your Ruby Cup or change size, hassle free.
Simply fill in the Return Form, pop your cup in the post and we’ll send you a different size or process your refund (all you’ll need to do is cover the shipping cost).
Our Money Back Guarantee is available for Ruby Cup purchases (but not our other products). It's only valid once, so no double swapsies or refunds after trying a different size. Check out our T&Cs for more details.

Return your products within 30 days of receiving them
Make sure they’re unopened, in original condition, with tags still attached (where applicable)
For bundles: You can try on one item, but the rest must stay unopened.

– no individual returns from a bundle please!
