Boil your menstrual cup in a pan or in a Ruby Sterilizer filled with water for 2–3 minutes.
* During your period
Simply empty your cup, rinse under clean running water, reinsert and go! In a public toilet, use a bottle of water to rinse your cup over the toilet. Or wipe clean with dry or damp toilet paper, then reinsert.
Wear. Rinse. Repeat. Simple!

If you’re trying our underwear for the first time and they’re not right for you, you can get a refund for one used pair within 60 days.
