Ruby Cup Menstrual Cup:
* Before/after your period
Boil your menstrual cup in a pan or in a Ruby Sterilizer filled with water for 2–3 minutes.
* During your period
Simply empty your cup, rinse under clean running water, reinsert and go! In a public toilet, use a bottle of water to rinse your cup over the toilet. Or wipe clean with dry or damp toilet paper, then reinsert.
Wear. Rinse. Repeat. Simple!

- Wash on a cold wash and hang to air dry.

- Menstrual Cups: Covered by our 120-day Money-Back Guarantee. If the cup isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund or a size exchange within 4 months of purchase.
- Period Panties: Covered by our 60-day Try & Love It Guarantee. If you’re trying our underwear for the first time and it’s not right for you, you can get a refund for one used pair within 60 days, provided the panty is returned to us. If you purchased a bundle, only one used pair is eligible for a refund or a size exchange; all other items follow our standard return policy and must be returned unopened in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them.
