Fold
Remember to wash your hands before inserting it.
The most used techniques for folding are: the C-Fold, the 7-Fold and the Punch-Down Fold, perfect for the beginners.

Insert
Remember to relax your muscles, so find a confortable position.
Lie down, sit, squat or simply stand up, you’ll find the position that work best for you!
Then insert the folded menstrual cup in your vagina, rim first

Release
The menstrual cup should be placed lower in the vaginal canal and to make insertion easier you can use water or water based lubricant.
Release your hold. Your cup will unfold, creating a seal to keep it from slipping or leaking.
