Ruby Cup's Flow Freedom pants absorb the equivalent of three tampons (50ml). Fearless Underwear absorbs the equivalent of two light tampons. How long they last depends on your personal flow.
How long can I wear period pants?
Between 8 and 12 hours for most people, though this varies with flow. If you notice wetness or detect an odour before the 12-hour mark, it's time to change into a fresh pair.
What's the difference between Flow Freedom and Fearless Period Pants?
