Just drop us an email within 60 days to hello@rubycup.com with your order number, details of the and the reason for your claim. We’ll refund or credit the price you paid (all you’ll need to do is cover the shipping cost). And no need to send your used pair back!

If you bought a bundle pack as a first-time customer, only one used pair is eligible for a refund. All other items must follow our flexible returns for your peace-of-mind policy.

Return your products within 30 days of receiving them
Make sure they’re unopened, in original condition, with tags still attached (where applicable)
