Please note that:

- It is valid just once. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange size and then get a refund at a later date.

- It is valid only for the Ruby Cup (not for the Ruby Sterilizer or any other product available in our online shop).

As a first-time customer, you can try one pair of Ruby Cup Underwear risk-free for 60 days. If you're not satisfied, you can claim a refund or credit. No need to return the used pair!

To claim your 60 Day Risk-Free Trial, simply email us at hello@rubycup.com with your order number, the details of the underwear you’re claiming, and the reason for your claim. We’ll refund or credit you for the price you paid. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

60-Day Risk-Free Trial and Bundle Packs: If you bought a bundle pack as a first-time customer, only one used pair is eligible for a refund. All other items must follow our flexible returns for your peace-of-mind policy.

FLEXIBLE RETURNS FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That's why we offer product exchanges or credits under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
  • Products must be unopened, in their original condition, and with tags intact if applicable.
  • For bundle packs: one item can be opened and tried on. All other items must remain unopened to be eligible for return. Please return the entire bundle pack as a whole; we do not accept returns for individual items from a bundle.

 

For change-of-mind returns, please email us at hello@rubycup.com. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing parcels.
