The Money Back Guarantee offers you to either switch size or get a refund for your Ruby Cup(s) by returning your used Ruby Cup to us within 4 calendar months after your order date. Please find further information in our Terms and Conditions - Money Back Guarantee.

Here’s what to do next:

• Please boil your used Ruby Cup for 3-5 minutes and clean it from stains as best as you can.
• Let it dry completely.
• Put it in a transparent bag of your choice.
• Please write a note stating your 1) order number, 2) which size/color you are returning, 3) if you have requested a refund or to switch size and include it in the parcel or envelope.

When we receive your returned Ruby Cup(s) and have determined that your return is eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, we will send you a new Ruby Cup of a different size (not colour) or refund you the order accordingly.
